We handle single storey rear and side extensions, double storey extensions and wrap-arounds, including the structural steelwork, knock-throughs and making good that opening up a house properly requires.
Most extensions need either planning permission or a lawful development certificate, and all of them need Building Regulations approval. We work to the approved drawings and coordinate with Building Control as the job progresses.
