Single and double storey extensions that add genuinely usable space and read as part of the original house.

An extension is worth doing properly or not at all. The difference between one that feels like an addition and one that feels like it was always there comes down to matching materials, getting the roofline right, and thinking about where the light comes from before the walls go up.

We handle single storey rear and side extensions, double storey extensions and wrap-arounds, including the structural steelwork, knock-throughs and making good that opening up a house properly requires.

Most extensions need either planning permission or a lawful development certificate, and all of them need Building Regulations approval. We work to the approved drawings and coordinate with Building Control as the job progresses.
