New Builds
Complete new build projects taken from groundworks and foundations through to a finished, watertight home.
A new build is the largest project most people ever commission, and it lives or dies on the groundwork. We start below ground - site clearance, excavation, foundations and drainage - because everything above depends on getting that stage right.
From there the work moves through the structural shell and roof to a watertight building, then on to first fix, plastering, second fix and final finishes. We can work from your architect's drawings and structural engineer's calculations, and coordinate the trades so the programme holds together.
Building Control sign-off is part of the job, not an afterthought, and we build to the approved plans and current Building Regulations throughout.
