Roofing
Re-roofing, repairs and new roofs in slate and tile, including leadwork, flat roofs and rooflights.
Most roofs do not fail all at once. They go at the edges - the valleys, the flashings, the ridge - and by the time it shows inside, the damage is usually wider than the leak suggests.
We strip and re-roof in natural slate and in clay or concrete tile, replacing battens, felt and leadwork as we go rather than reusing what is there. We also fit rooflights, rebuild chimneys and lay flat roofs where a pitched roof is not an option.
Where a roof is being altered rather than simply recovered, the work needs Building Regulations approval, and we handle that as part of the job.
